The American Empire is dying. We are being lied to constantly by the corporate media. Tough days are ahead not because they are inevitable but because the American public are so ignorant and easily manipulated by corporate interests and their flunky politicans.
Most people don't read. They rely on soundbites and images. Cable news is entertainment which is emotionally arousing and leads to destructive policies.
