If you want to see what a Narcissistic Personality Disorded person looks like, go see Up In The Air. It's a great movie and George Clooney portraying Ryan Bingham does a great job portraying a person who is suffering from Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
Jason Reitman is a great director who has brought us such films as Juno, and Thank you for smoking. He portrays and honestly makes movies shows us struggling with the moral problems of our times.
In The Wikipedia we may find the definition of Narcissistic Personality Disorder:

It says "a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration, and a lack of empathy".
I don't see Clooney's character meets these parameters...
