Distracted driving
Distracted driving is more dangerous than drunk driving.
Here in Ohio there is no law prohibiting people from using cellphones while driving, and it makes me crazy. I can't tell you how many times I've been cut off, or been behind someone weaving, only to later pass them and see them gabbing on the phone.
Incidentally, motorcycle riders are not required to wear helmets here, either. I cringe every time I see some guy flying down I-71 with no helmet. People really do need to be protected from their own stupidity.
