In the 90s I worked for a large social agency in Rochester, NY called The Health Association as the Deputy Director of Program Operations. My boss, Sue Costa, the executive director, told us she hated sports analogies in our staff meetings. Sue is now deceased but I wonder what she would say about Terry Tate, Office Linebacker?
