  1. The correct answer is A - Self actualization.

    In ascending order Maslow says that the needs that we strive to meet are physical, safety, belonging and love, self esteem, and then self actualization.

    It is hard if not impossible to help people with their self esteem and self actualization needs when they hungry or scared.
