Should all women be screened for post partum depression so they can be treated for possible depression.
This legislation has also been called the Melanie Blocker Stokes Act. Melanie Stokes was a woman with post partum depression who killed herself.

Dr. Breeding makes a lot of sense and I agree with much of what he says in this video.
